“value for money”
this hotel is located 5 km away from kota kinabalu city. however it is a four star room facilities with budget price . the room is big and locate at 5th floor which provide a good view to see the surrounding area. it is in a urban area which have a lot of restaurants around the hotel , and only 10… more

“Value for the money”
The surrounding is very strategic as many shops and eateries are available around. The executive room was spacious and the toilet is clean. Well rested on the bed. The only thing was the carpet along the hallway was not clean enough. The rest was just ok.

“Up to you”
Convenient for food with plenty of choices. Space and Cleanliness of room is considered to be satisfactory. The rate is on a little higher side. Very poor parking system where the parking places will be closed at 8:00 pm. Very difficult to find parking lots outside due to some Banks near by.
