I stayed with my friends in May, the hotel was so nice even it is not a 5 stars style as our bed didn't make up so well (bed sheet not tight) but that's okk for us. At the door they put no smoking sign but they / guests did smoking at thw reception area and there's a astray there too. We booked triple room for 1st 1night with cheap price for 3 paxs, and we decided to stay longer for 5nights and love it there. There's a housekeeping and also reception sister from Indonesia treats us very well, however what makes the hotel look bad or not sure how to tell is when the night shift crew, he will be there from 7pm onwards till 7am, he will make noise whenever his friends around or maybe there's guests coming in. Not sure what happen outside but literally you can hear their voice laughing as if there is no guests in house there. We get the 1st floor room as we have big bags and didnt get a chance to see the 2nd floor area.. 1st floor balcony very nice too but watch us as there's room by the balcony, u might want to slow down ur voice if u want to hangout there late at night! The hotel supply you travel soap, small size and all travel set of tooth brush and tooth paste! Inclusive of hot water shower too... private bathroom thats what important. This hitel located at Changkat Road, famous club area in Bukit Bintang Gold Triangle! So watch out your items whenever u go out at night and stay a distance with the promoter of massage centre as they are dare to touch you while u're walking by the road side! The top star for our stay is i guess the Supervisor , miss Fiona, due to we missed the opportunity of getting same price room type for our 1st night, she even help us to get the same price, same room for another 4nights of our stay. Thank you Fiona! Your help are much appreciated! And of course not to forget the Indonesia sister being too friendly with us :) the place would never be more cheerful if it don't have you sister! Surprisingly the area not so noisy but amazingly, the night staff himself make the noise. Should maybe low your voice a little bit or maybe don't play any disco songs till 4-5am in the morning, light sleepers will have problem with this🤷🏻‍♀️😤 The hotel was safe as they have magnet lock door and only can be open when guest have scanner tag or the receptionist acknowledge whoever want to come in, they will unlock the door. Nothing happen during our stay even we are scary too bcs we know Changkat area is quite the club area and lots of ppl drunk and with the latest bombing incident happened just next door !!! P/s: bathroom could maybe get some renovation or new paints! 👌🏼

Ok, I totally got the wrong hotel. The one we stayed in is farther from Pudu Central, but nearer KL Tower and Petronas Tower. I had no idea that the hotel I booked is like in the red district area of Bukit Bintang. I felt like I was walking along Burgos in Makati. LOL. We stayed in Hotel Sixty Changkat - ok, not the best choice - it totally looks better and cleaner on pictures. There were two double beds (since there were 4 of us), the bathroom definitely needs cleaning, the toilet flush doesn't work that well, they have no adapter that we can borrow - this is partly our fault though since we didn't bring a universal adapter. (We were able to borrow one though from our hotel in Sepang.) We were actually a little bit scared that we made sure to lock the bathroom window and placed the table to bar the door. I mean, it's better to be safe than sorry! The taxi driver warned us that it's a dangerous area and actually, the guy I met at the hotel the next morning confirmed the same. He said that there was a fight in the area the night we were there so it's a good thing we didn't go out to party. It's a good thing that #TitasofKL hit us after dinner and decided to go back to the hotel and get some rest. My friends were kind of freaked out by the Iraqi owner but I got to hang out with him and his friend and I was fine with them. I actually thought he was hilarious. The perk of waking up early is you get to meet other friends at the hotel and you get to talk to them over breakfast. I even got to do shisha and drank tea with them. It was pretty chill. So place is a no but people - yes.

You're literally getting what you paid for. As for the rooms, needed to air out the room (heavy smell of moth balls). The beds are quite comfortable with decent air-conditioning. You're literally getting what you paid for. As for the rooms, needed to air out the room (heavy smell of moth balls). The beds are quite comfortable with decent air-conditioning. Hot shower is available however we had some issues with the bathroom as the door keeps collapsing. Food outlets, convenience stores are readily available 24 hours in the area. As this is an entertainment area, be prepared for the noise from the bars, clubs, Arabian cuisine, massage parlours and the traffic jam which persists until 4am. If you can't sleep with all that noise, I would advise you to pick somewhere else. Not just a different hotel, pick a different area.
