I recently stayed at this hotel in Kuala Lumpur during a very emotional period, as my family was observing the 40-day prayers for my late grandfather at my aunt’s home nearby. This was not a leisure stay, but a time filled with grief, responsibilities, and exhaustion. Throughout my entire stay, Johnathan provided the utmost care, professionalism, and genuine compassion. He was attentive, patient, and always ready to assist with any request, no matter how small. His kindness and understanding made an incredible difference during such a sensitive time. He ensured everything was smooth and comfortable, allowing me to focus on my family and prayers without additional stress. It is rare to encounter someone who serves not only with efficiency but with heart. I am truly grateful for his exceptional service and humanity. Because of his amazing gesture, this hotel will always hold a special place in my memory. Thank you again, Johnathan, for going above and beyond during one of the most difficult periods of my life.

Second Stay at Days Hotel & Suites Fraser Business Park: Excellent Value and Service but Parking Still an Issue Overall Score: 7.6 / 10 Days Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Fraser Business Park Kuala Lumpur – Second Stay Review Purpose of Trip Short staycation in Kuala Lumpur for nearby activities that required staying around this area. This is my second time staying at the hotel. My previous booking was through Agoda while this stay was booked through Trip.com. Value for Money – 10/10 This time I paid RM235 for two nights which is very worth it. The hotel upgraded my room because I requested a king size bed and some other travelers required twin beds. The counter staff handled the request very well. A Chinese lady at the front desk spoke very professionally and helped me secure the best available option. Her service was exceptional and easily one of the best hotel staff interactions I have experienced. Let me tell you, that Chinese lady and a Malay lady - both are the best front counter staff i have ever experience, a round of applause to both of them. In fact, they are better than some 5-star hotels I have stayed before. Location – 6/10 (Driving) / 7/10 (Walking) The hotel is near Chan Sow Lin MRT and LRT station which is probably the closest rail option if you plan to move around using public transport. However for my experience a car is still more practical as the surrounding area can get quite congested with traffic. For walking convenience there are now more nearby options compared to my previous stay. There are two 7-Eleven outlets within range, one FamilyMart, and one Chinese snack mart nearby which makes basic needs easy to access. The area also seems to have a number of university students around. Cleanliness – 9/10 This time the room was surprisingly very clean. I was genuinely impressed with the improvement compared to my previous stay. Housekeeping standards were excellent during this visit. Staff – 10/10 Very pleasant front counter experience throughout the stay. The team was consistently friendly and professional. This hotel is becoming one of the properties where I have had a truly memorable service experience across different booking platforms. Facilities – 7/10 The gym is located at Level 8 though I did not use it this time. There is a Coway water dispenser on the ground floor. I also noticed new additions such as small games near the front counter which guests can play. There is also a coffee machine available and the beverages are surprisingly good, especially the coffee, chocolate, and strawberry drink options. No swimming pool though. Soundproofing – 7/10 The room was relatively quiet this time. Bathroom soundproofing from the bed area is still not perfect but bathroom privacy has improved significantly compared to my previous stay. Parking – 3.8/10 This is unfortunately still the weakest part of the experience. During my previous stay in May 2025 parking was RM8 per entry. It is now RM10 per entry. This means if you exit and re-enter the parking you will need to pay again each time. Based on my experience the parking situation has not improved and is actually worse compared to before. Parking availability exists but there was no visible security guard and the area is not very well lit. I understand the parking may be managed by a different party but from a guest perspective this remains a significant drawback. Breakfast – N/A Did not take breakfast this time as I was rushing every morning. Would I Return? Yes for the price and service. No if I am prioritizing parking convenience. If MRT accessibility becomes more convenient this would easily become a stronger option. Do I Recommend? Yes if I am visiting Kuala Lumpur for a quick business trip.
