Duty Manager RAdzi was excellent in his job, with the warmest greetings after all the hustle of jammed getting into Jalan Imbi. the room are clean and the ambience was perfect like a home.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the surrounding attractions and local food delicacies are aplenty. The staff are really polite and efficient and kudos to them.

I stayed in 2 bedrooms premium Dorsett Residence. During check-in I got a good help from Magen at the receptionist desk. The unit is spacious. The bathroom is good. “Convenient stay but fittings are super old”
Easy drop off location by car, but less walkable. Stayed 2 nights and used pool and gym. Gym machine needs more thorough cleaning. Breakfast buffet had a very wide range and they changed some dishes.
