“Acceptable”
It's OK for the price you pay. A decent mid range hotel that have comfortable rooms. Service is good. I would like to extend my gratitude to Ms Geraldine Anne who simply went out the extra mile to ensure that my stay was a good one. She is certainly an asset to the industry.

“Affordable and still need more work to done to a 4 star hotel ”
Since it’s still under recovery period of MCO , not much happening with this Hotel, Room needs an upgrade to reflect 4 star rating. Front Desk is awesome and very quick check in process. Maybe a welcome drink will be a good start. Anyway overall average for 3 1/2 star rating
