We only stayed one night in the hotel as a stopover before traveling on to Cambodia but it was very good. Its location is perfect, right in the centre of town opposite the Petronas Towers, which at night are quite spectacular. Reception could not have been more helpful. printing our boarding cards for the next leg without any question and booking us a table in the restaurant which was about to close. Our room was fabulous, well appointed and comfortable as well as wonderfully cool after the heat outside. We managed half an hour in the busy, fun bar, where they found us a table by the window so we could enjoy the view. Although we ate late after a long day, the restaurant was friendly and fine. The following day, the car transfer arranged by the hotel to the airport worked like clockwork (top tip - book the hotel car service from the airport on arrival as the Booking.com alternative was a shambles, resolved, kindly, by the Four Seasons rep at the airport!). Hard to judge how a longer stay might have worked but no reason to doubt it would have been just as good. Overall, excellent.

Having frequented many Four Seasons properties globally, I have come to expect a high standard of excellence, yet the Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur managed to surpass even those lofty expectations. What truly distinguished this stay was the staff’s remarkable willingness to cater to my every whim. A particular highlight was the exceptional initiative shown by Hakeem from In-Room Dining on the evening of April 26th. I had taken a liking to several delectable desserts exclusively available at the buffet; Hakeem went above and beyond by arranging for these mouthwatering treats to be delivered directly to my room. To my surprise, he provided them complimentary, as they sat outside the standard in-room menu. It is rare to encounter such intuitive, selfless service. My sincere thanks to Hakeem for transforming a lovely stay into an unforgettable one.
