“Mine experience at Fraser place Kuala Lumpur”

One of my bad experience during my stay, found small cockroaches roaming around at breakfast area + small insects on fruits... They put uncover all pre-cut fruits. Rooms are good there are different-different size available with many option select your best one.

Fraser Place at Kuala Lumpur is one of the better apartment hotels that I’ve been lucky to be a guest at. In order to manage guest expectations, I would consider this a four-star property, not five - but still a pleasant stay none the less. A star is lost for the amenities and the staff sadly, mainly because I found the majority of the interactions that I experienced to be cold, with the one exception being one of the doormen (at the rear entrance, West). The rooms are perfect. I was told that I was upgraded, but couldn’t truly see the difference between the deluxe and the superior rooms. Room 610 had a studio set up with a king bed and sofa set up. The bathroom held both a separate bathtub and rainfall shower. The kitchen was fully equipped with a microwave, electric stove, toaster, crockery, pans and cutlery. There are self-service laundry rooms on particular floors that require pre-paid tokens purchased at reception. I found this a little cheeky for an alleged five-star property. The breakfast buffet spread at Swatches left much to be desired as there were limited hot food options, with the majority being greasy or fried foods. The redeeming factor for breakfast were the freshly baked pastries which were consistently being replenished throughout the dining hours. These accompanied by freshly cut fruit, kaya jam and herbal tea became my daily breakfast staple. Considering that breakfast can be made in your apartment, I do not recommend eating at this property by any means. There is a small 7-Eleven directly across the street which I found incredibly convenient to stock up the kitchen, in addition to a variety of eateries. KLCC Suria shopping centre, KLCC park and Petronas Towers are a less than 10-minute walk away, and Bukit Bintang less than 20 mins. This is an incredibly located residence.

“A pleasant stay”

I stayed on the 24th floor and the apartment was adequate for my needs. I have some trouble connecting my laptop to the wifi due to my machine's security settings. I was particularly impressed with the housekeeping staff who were friendly and did a very good job in keeping the unit in tip-top shap… more

I stayed on the 24th floor and the apartment was adequate for my needs. I have some trouble connecting my laptop to the wifi due to my machine's security settings. I was particularly impressed with the housekeeping staff who were friendly and did a very good job in keeping the unit in tip-top shape in the week that I was there. The unit though is showing signs of wear and tear and the management should consider a makeover in the next couple of years. The location of Fraser's is pretty good - its about 7 mins walk to KLCC and it is surrounded by eateries so getting a variety of food is not a problem.

“Average experience in Fraser place”

Though the property is 4 star rated but quality of the rooms are average, the pillows are very thick and hard, the breakfast was also average. the hand showers in bathroom were leaking.the airconditioning was not adeqaute in room lobby and restaurant.
