“Nice Stay”
Very nice staff..good food..good service Thanx to Shafilla at the receptionist for helping me with my bag during check out..tq everyone at Geno Hotel Shah Alam..hope to see you guys again some other time..great memories to remember🥰🥰🥰

“Comfortable room, value for money, breakfast is good and staffs are friendly”
The room is clean, cozy, spacious with comfortable pillow and bed. The receptionist, Diva is so attending and providing a good service to me. I am coming for company event and i get the room upgraded to CEO Suite which me and my roommate can restwell after our event. Highly recommended.

“A renovation hotel with nothing happening around the hotel”
Renovation yet comfortable hotel with quiet surrounding. There isn’t much happening around the hotel. Clean room and spacious. Breakfast is boring with not much choice. Services at breakfast decent. “Not satisfied”
not satisfied where you book online request for big bed, but then they say have but need additional RM50 to upgrade from two single bed to one queen bed. wifi connection is also bad
