“Beautiful Rooms with Awesome View”

The Superior rooms are larger, clean and with full. Amenities. We stayed here for 4 nights and the view of City is superb. You should ask for City View room while checking in. Breakfast is also pretty good.

Good things: We find the hotel great, with excellent view of twin towers, pool is good , breakfast is quiet good with variety and staff is courteous... Need improvement: housekeeping is quiet slow and toiletries are very limited

“Decent hotel ”

The hotel is very nice with spacious, clean rooms, the location is just not very central. I had a good experience and would consider staying there again (stayed in a seasons crest room). The hotel kasbah bar is very nice

Not in the centre and not far from the centre. Nothing elaborate to write about. Good views of the petrona towers. Connected rooms. Somehow favourite of group travel companies. Limited dining options. But pizza hut and dominoes are walking distance and so is the monorail station. Lobby guards and front office are helpful people. Helped us fetch taxi and book Grab - Uber of KL.

That hotel I chose because of its location. It's close to the center of KL. After reading several good reviews about it at different web-pages, I booked a deluxe room and paid for it. A day before my planned arrival to KL, I suddenly had known that would come to Malaysia early in the morning (to be more exact, about 02:00). So I decided to make a call to Reservation Division of the hotel and ask if it was possible to have early check-in and what I should do in that case. There was some problem with connection and that's why operator in Reservation Division asked me to send a letter (to their official e-mail) with all details. I did it. But didn't get any answer. Finally, when I arrived at night in that hotel, appeared, that nothing had been done. There were only two boys at reception desk. They were quite unfriendly and impolite. Only after showing them my letter and several calls they began to search my booking in a reservation system. They said that couldn't find anything and if I want, I could pay for the other room of the same category (but named the price two times more expensive than it was at official page of the hotel). One of them was extremely "polite" and offered me to wait a check-in time in lobby! Frankly speaking, I was shocked. In more than an hour (!!!) of that "talks" there came a manager on duty. He found my letter in ones' mailbox (with words that my letter was got after finishing of working day, though I sent it in a lunch time). But there were no actions, attempts to resolve the situation from him...nothing. After my words of dissatisfaction with the service he moved reservation for one day and I got a key for my (booked earlier) room. I had a lot of personal and business plans for coming day so I need a rest and some sleep. But instead of that was standing about 2 house near reception desk listening strange ideas. Next morning one girl at reception desk brought me apologieses for that situation but my impression about service in Grand Season Hotel stayed still negative. In the whole, I can give not more than 3 stars to this hotel. Furniture was quite tired; water had specific yellow color and was not suitable for drinking or washing fruits. Room wasn't cleaned properly. The only plus of my room (deluxe) was a view to Petronas towers. P.S. I had never crashed with such attitude to guests before that and have not - after.
