The hotel is strategically situated by the main road and a bit difficult to unload.The atmosphere was just normal with a small lobby and can be a bit crowded if there is a large group check in.The room was nice,comfortable and clean with minimum amenities.The rates was just nice and might become a bit expensive during weekend or long holiday.The noise level was low unless your room was on the lower level and facing the back. The check in and check out was smooth but food preparation was a bit slow maybe due to less staff at night. For the price we paid during normal day can be considered good. There was ample amenities in the room and there is also a small gym nearby the Ground Floor. The only thing is,please request a higher floor to avoid the morning noise.

Hilton Garden Inn South has always been my main choice for solo and business trips. I usually make my bookings through Hilton Honors and other platforms. During my recent stay, I arrived early at 2:15 PM. My check-in was handled by Mr. Reyhan, who may still be in training as he did not provide complete booking details, such as breakfast inclusion and its venue. Although I am already familiar, this information would be helpful for other guests. Previously, rooms were usually ready before the official 3 PM check-in. This time, my selected room (2313) was not ready, and I had to wait. While waiting, I found the lobby seating uncomfortable, and the security at the entrance did not allow guests to lie down on the sofa, especially for those waiting for a longer period. I suggest improving the seating comfort or placing clear signage regarding lobby etiquette that does not allow guests to lie down. Before 3 PM, Mr. Raj assisted me and informed me that my selected room had a lighting issue. He offered a similar room (2213) and apologized. I appreciate the effort, as getting a room before 3 PM is already satisfactory for me. The room itself was standard. The Twin Towers view was limited due to the small window, and only two thin pillows were provided. I had to request additional pillows, but the replacements were too firm. As someone who prioritizes good sleep, this was disappointing. The breakfast experience was average. The staff are usually not very friendly, although Ms. Hema stood out with a warm greeting. However, another staff member cleared my plate without confirming whether I had finished, which could be improved with basic communication.

Location wise theyre perfect, just 200ms to the closest monorail stn. Price wise, theyre okay. But i wish they can increase their service more. The room i was staying in, the ceiling (right above toilet bowl) was leaking, water from somewhere dripped down. There were 2 days we left our room, more than 3 hrs, with “cleaning please” sign on, but theyre uncleaned yet till we’re back in. Also, the safe box “lock” button didnt function. Breakfast menu are fine but not variate every day
