Stayed here for a night due to its proximity to Subang Jaya and of course, it is Hilton brand. During check in, I was given an upgrade from twin room to a golf view deluxe suite room in conjunction with my Diamond status, very delighted about it. Front desk staffs were very friendly and polite. The room was cozy, located at the same level as lobby with a living room, small dining area and a bedroom. There is Nespresso coffee machine in the room. As I checked in at around 6+pm, I was told by front desk that the "happy hour" at their executive lounge was going to end at 7pm, thus recommended me to head to the lounge to enjoy some snacks over there. As there is no clear signage to point me to the lounge, I got lost and returned to lobby to seek help. In the end, one of the front desk staffs led the way. So, my recommendation to the hotel to put up more signages to direct guests to the amenities area. At the lounge, as there is about 15v minutes left before closure, there is no main course food left on the serving table. I managed to get one last serving of crispy chicken nugget, the staff brought out another serving for my son. He told me that the happy hour timing will be revised from next week onwards, from current 5-7pm to 6-8pm. I feel that this is the right move as 5-7pm is too early to be called "happy hour". Back in my suite room, although I had adjusted the air conditioning temperature to the lowest 18C (due to direct evening sunlight into my room which had warmed up the room), the room temperature stayed at 23-24C only, making the room a little warm and stuffy. It took a while for the room temperature to reach a comfortable level but still not cool enough for a good night sleep. The pillows were a too soft for my liking. Shower pressure was good. I had a good soak in the bathtub as well. Buffet breakfast was nice, with good variety of local and western choices. There is egg station and roti canai station which prepares "sarang burung" (roti canai with onsen egg in the middle). Car park is open air concept (no sheltered or indoor car park). You need a car or use ride hailing in order move around as there is no shops or malls within walking distance from the hotel. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and will definitely return. Hope to see improvement in the areas highlighted.

I was staying here for 5 nights. Long enough to justify the experiences. This property was rebranded from being previously owned by Holiday Inn. This hotel is interconnected with golf resorts nearby. Therefore, the gymnasium is outside of the hotel’s complex. The room, and staffs service were excellent. Talking about executive lounge offerings, it was subpar. No hot food. Everything is finger food. Nothing beats KL Hilton Sentral or a decent PJ Hilton where you can skip dinner. A minus point for the experience was the breakfast buffet experience. They were painfully slow to replenish the buffet items. Despite having my daily breakfast at 8am, it takes them ages to refill it. Not sure whether it was due to a lack of staff or due to cost-cutting. This property is suitable for those who are on a work trip, conference or wedding or want to have calm / relaxing experiences away from hustle and bustle city life. However, for those who wanted to enjoy visiting KL city, street food, shopping or nightlife, this hotel is not for them. There’s nothing nearby within walking distance. Not even a 7-Eleven.
