We had an absolute amazing welcome by Shakti at the front counter. He was easy to deal with and ensured all our needs were met. Shakti suggested some great ideas of KL and also shared a great laugh with us about Bollywood actors.

“Convenient.”
Hotel Royal location is most ideal as its situated in Bukit Bintang and easy excess to alot of shopping malls.Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are tidy and clean. Shout out to Zeff who is always patient and polite. Will surely come back again.
