Just back from an 8 night stay in this fabulous hotel. Probably The best “city” hotel we have stayed in. Everything from the location, cleanliness, room facilities, breakfast, value was perfect. The whole team are welcoming and can’t do enough to help you. Special mentions for Sabbir who works Floor 18 and kept our room beautifully and Arman on reception who ensured we had everything we needed. The breakfast team are great as are the guys who work the front doors /taxis/luggage. Highly recommend if coming to KL and we would not hesitate to return Thank you all 👏👏👏

“A good 4 star”

Stayed here for 3 nights before heading home, a decent spec hotel, check was quick and efficient. Cases brought up by the porter, room was clean and nice big shower and king size bed, nice rooftop bar with views to match. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Stayed here for 3 nights before heading home, a decent spec hotel, check was quick and efficient. Cases brought up by the porter, room was clean and nice big shower and king size bed, nice rooftop bar with views to match. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. We eat out so can't comment on the food in the restaurants, seemed a bit expensive, definitely cheaper to eat out. Recommend masala mansion and kingu kongu locally for eats out. Used grab app for getting about, not expensive at all. Shout out to the porter at the lobby, sorry can't remember his name, was so friendly and helpful. A good hotel in a decent area with plenty of bars, restaurants.

Lovely hotel in a good location. Plenty of restaurants nearby. About 20 minute walk to Petronas Towers. Comfortable bed. Good choice for breakfast. Staff very efficent and friendly. Not too keen on the sink being in the bedroom rather than the bathroom. Roof top bar had great views across the city. However, they need to be absolutely clear about what drinks are in the Happy Hour - my husband asked for draught Carlsberg as we were told Carlsberg was in the Happy Hour but it turned out that it was only the cans of Carlsberg and not the draught which seems a bit strange. They did let us have it in the end but it would have been helpful if it had been made clear at the start. Had a bit of noise from the traffic at night - lots of motorbikes revving - but not much hotel can do about that.

Nice hotel although room very small (we had a deluxe king). Unfortunately, the nightclub next door is very loud and as we visited this area to do tours, (we had to get up early each morning) it was very irritating. We struggled to sleep and my partner wears ear plugs but still heard the thump of the base from the nightclub. So, if you're staying in Kuala Lumpur to do tourist things I probably wouldn't recommend this hotel. But if you're staying for at least a week then this hotel would probably be OK as it is in a good area and walking distance to city centre (as long as you're able to walk distances)
