“Make me feel welcome and important”
Been to kl many times.this year Jul 2026 at Marriott hotel Kuala Lumpur bukit bintang.best hotel for location.near to amenities.rooms was excellent.Breakfast was delicious.i like to give a 5 stars to front desk staff Nijhum for her.She is professional,welcoming,friendly,polite and efficient.

“Great stay at JW. Farhad is a top tier.”
Great experience at JW Marriott. Well located. Friendly staff—especially FARHAD, who cleaned and looked after our room throughout our stay and was incredibly attentive. The only downside was the check-in being too late.
