We are a couple who stayed here for 3 nights in mid-June. We stayed in a junior suite (courtesy of a complimentary upgrade) with Executive Lounge access. We were impressed with the facilities. Our suite was spacious (71 sqm), with a very comfortable king size bed, has a large bathroom with marble tiles and a separate bath, a good sized desk with plenty of power points. There is an outdoor 20m swimming pool, big enough to do laps, which I did every day. The breakfast buffet in the main restaurant offers a huge range of food, and of high quality: the pastries were so fresh, having been cooked only minutes ago. The hotel’s Executive Lounge is top notch. Large, lots of comfortable seating, a very nice buffet dinner 5.30-7.30pm with complimentary beer and wines, afternoon snacks 2.30-4.30pm, and available all day for coffee, cold drinks and biscuits and as a place to read. Unfortunately, it no longer has newspapers and magazines available. The standard of service by the hotel staff throughout the building was very high. All staff were very friendly and polite, and often offered suggestions following on from things we’d said. This is better than at most hotels where we’ve stayed, which probably reflects staff training making it part of this hotel’s culture. Special thanks to Sai and Lwin in the executive lounge. The JW Marriott also has an excellent location: directly opposite the huge Pavilion shopping mall, in the middle of Bukit Bintang, and in walking distance of KLCC.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at JW Marriott during my visit to Malaysia. We had planned a road trip and, due to an unexpected change of plans, we needed a room urgently. We hadn’t made a prior reservation, and we were travelling with two children, but the way the hotel team welcomed and accommodated us was truly exceptional. A special mention to Nijhum, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She was incredibly understanding, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She arranged a beautiful, relaxing room for us, offered complimentary services, and made sure we received the best possible rates despite our last-minute booking. While the room was being prepared, she took care of our luggage, offered us refreshing drinks, and made sure we could relax after our journey. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made a stressful situation feel effortless. Thank you JW Marriott for the amazing hospitality and especially Nijhum for making our short stay so memorable. We truly appreciated the kindness and attention to detail.

I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation and recognition to Mr Sohel Sarker for his outstanding service during our recent stay. We encountered an issue with our TV Chromecast, and despite it being his lunch time, Mr Sohel immediately attended to us without hesitation. What impressed us most was his dedication and commitment to ensuring the issue was resolved. Even when I reassured him that it was alright if the problem could not be fixed, he continued to go above and beyond to assist us. Mr Sohel took the initiative to involve the wonderful Duty Manager, Mr Sai, who personally stepped in and arranged for our family to be transferred to another beautiful room on a higher floor. We were truly touched by their swift action, kindness, understanding, and customer-first approach. Their genuine care and willingness to prioritize guest satisfaction made a lasting impression on us. I would also like to commend Mr Efam at the reception. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. He shared helpful insights about the hotel, answered our questions with confidence and enthusiasm, and consistently greeted us with a warm smile. He repeatedly assured us that he would be happy to assist should we require anything throughout our stay, which made us feel truly valued as guests. In addition, every staff member we encountered—from the Front Desk team to the Concierge and the staff at Shook Restaurant—were courteous, approachable, and always greeted us with genuine smiles. Their professionalism and hospitality contributed greatly to our wonderful experience. This trip was particularly meaningful as it was both my post-birthday celebration and wedding anniversary getaway. Thanks to the exceptional service provided by Mr Sohel Sarker, Mr Sai, Mr Efam, and the entire team, our stay became truly memorable and unforgettable. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed and cared for. These gentlemen are a great asset to the hotel and deserve recognition for their exemplary service, dedication, and commitment to excellence. The management is so freaking agitated like they’re so annoyed off of their guest they have to work a lot during summer but why is that my problem they’re super annoyed I love the room the amenities everything but they’re just not pleasantly welcoming like langkawi hotels also they’re just like they almost never smile they don’t have any like I wasn’t able to understand one thing they said other than that hotel is perfect please teach some respect to ur staff
