“Awesome!”

“Cosy + comfy + good location with great customer service”
We stayed for a week and was deeply surprised by the splendid service offered by the staffs from e-commerce, reservation, main lobby, front desk to housekeeping etc. Thank you. “Bad soundproofing system”
It was clean, food was good, facilities was good too. But the soundproofing system was so bad! We can hear very clear that other customers talking loud in the corridor during midnight! That was a bad experience for this trip.

“Everything was good except the bad sewage odor”
There is a severe sewer odor coming from the bathroom during my stay.
