“I was not feeling well and the manager took me to the nearest clinic and waited until back to the hotel.”
Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very clean and well maintained even though the hotel 10year old. They also have done renovation in 1 year back I believe. Overall I was happy during my stay here and I will come back again.

My second time staying at KL Sentral hotel which has a great location, but it needs some renovation as it is getting dated. “Could be better”
The room was small and had a cozy feel to it but needed quite a bit of touch up to be more presentable. The phone in the room was not working. The staff on the other hand were very friendly, welcoming & helpful. The location is quite central being in Brickfields.
