We have stayed in many hotels & apartments in KL over the years, but there is no doubt that this is the best place that we have ever stayed in. The location is perfect in Bukit Bintang, close to MRT & Monorail, but away from the manic part of BB. For us, the staff really made the difference, from start to finish they were so helpful, knowledgeable & extra friendly. In particular Putri at reception was outstanding, I mentioned that my wife had a significant birthday coming up on the booking & Putri organised a lovely display in our room on arrival (see pic).At breakfast Nada was so nice & helpful, also Azmol was a real credit to the hotel, nothing was too much & always happy to talk to you. I happened to mention that I prefer decaf coffee one morning to Mr. Alifian, when we returned to our room later in the day, there was a bowl full of Nespresso decaf capsules put in our room by Alifian personally. The room itself was very modern & looked almost brand new, the layout was absolutely fantastic, with a great bathroom, living area & kitchen area. There was so much storage, sliding doors that could divide up the rooms, two TV's & even a water filter tap, not to mention the Washer Dryer. The housekeeping staff were also first class & offered a turn down service in the evenings. Facility wise, there is a well equipped gym on the top floor with a lovely infinity pool with plenty of sun loungers. The top floor lounge also hosted breakfast until 1030hrs, then was converted into the Club Lounge for the rest of the day, providing drinks & small snacks. Another room on the top floor, had further seating & a large pool table. My wife chose this superb Serviced Apartment & she's already desperate to go back.

Our first time staying at this hotel apartment and we love it! We tried for early check in at 9am on our arrival, as someone had accidently spill hot coffee on me and soiled my blouse and pants. Informed the receptionist (I think its Putri, I cant remm her name) and she informed that our room is not available, we truly understand as its way too early. But Putri offered alternative to bring me to level 25 to change my clothes. But I rejected her offer and went to change at level 1 instead. We went for shopping and came back at 12.15pm, trying our luck if room is ready. Staff Ummi informed that she need to confirm with housekeeping but offered us to sit at lvl 25 lounge.. We waited not for long and I received a text at 1pm that our room is ready! The bellman also handover our key to the lounge. My kids love the hotel so much and we will surely repeat. Hotel is just a walking distance to alot of places, even to TRX. Just our feedback, its best if the hotel has full or half mirror in the rooms or at living hall.

During our recent family vacation at Pan Pacific, we had a wonderful breakfast experience thanks to Al-Fian at the breakfast reception. From the moment we arrived, Al-Fian was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. As a group of seven, we understood that seating arrangements could be challenging during a busy breakfast period, but he went out of his way to rearrange tables so that our family could dine together. His professionalism, courtesy, and positive attitude made us feel valued and comfortable throughout our visit. What impressed us most was his attention to detail. He remembered our preferences, offered additional breakfast menu options, assisted with seating arrangements, and regularly checked in to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.
