We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. First, I would like to sincerely thank John and Raj for going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. A special thank you for upgrading our room. It was a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. The hotel's location is excellent, being directly opposite a shopping centre, which made everything very convenient. I also want to thank one of the lovely front desk ladies (I'm sorry I can't remember her name). After finding out that I am vegetarian, she kindly suggested that we have our buffet breakfast at Park Royal instead of Pan Pacific, which offered more suitable options. That was a very thoughtful recommendation. A special thank you also goes to Vasanthan, who was always welcoming, opened the car doors for us, and took the time to recommend places to visit. His kindness and warm hospitality made a positive difference to our stay. There are, however, a couple of areas that need improvement. The lounge was often very crowded with younger guests and quite noisy. I believe the lounge should be a calm and relaxing space where guests can unwind, but unfortunately, every time we visited, it was difficult to enjoy because of the noise. Secondly, housekeeping needs to pay much closer attention to guests' requests. On our second day, I carefully explained our room requirements because my 8-year-old son has severe allergies. Unfortunately, the bed sheets were not changed as requested, and he developed a rash on his body. Thankfully, I had medication with me, but this situation could have been avoided if our requests had been followed. When guests communicate important health-related requirements, they should be taken seriously from the very beginning. Overall, the excellent service from John, Raj, Vasanthan, and the helpful front desk staff made our stay enjoyable. With improvements to housekeeping attention to detail and a quieter lounge atmosphere, this hotel would provide an even better guest experience.

My family and I stayed at ParkRoyal Collection which is located beside Pan Pacific Suites. On one of the nights we ordered food via Grab services. The food was mistakenly delivered to Pan Pacific instead of our hotel, hence we didn’t received them. We approached Ms Farah who was on duty and explained to her about the incident. We were disappointed and found out that our orders were disposed as no one claimed for it. Ms Farah was kind enough to take down our details and took the initiative to replace our orders. She had it sent to our hotel personally. Compliments to Farah (Assistant Front Office Manager) for her initiative and kindness. The efforts made were commendable. She goes through the extra mile even though we are not the hotel guests of Pan Pacific.
