Regular return stay at Pullman KLCC. Central location. Efficient staff. Room was clean. Big, comfortable king bed. Strong cigarette smell in the kitchenette throughout the day & night (previous & current trip). By chance, Assistant Housekeeper, Ms Allin Lee was on my floor and I told her about the problem and got her to come in to smell it herself. She promptly got the engineer to rectify and got the filter changed. (As a non-smoking room, I wonder how/where the cigarette smell came from.) A blinking light was also promptly fixed. Executive Lounge team: A shout out to the team for their service! 👍👍👍 Teressa Teoh (Club Lounge manager), Nina, Nissa, Shy, Anjaly, Devi (Guest experience), Armand, Daniel etc. The team assisted in arranging gluten-free baguette to be made for us. It turned out as close as normal bread 🍞! Kudos to bakery team led by chef Rahmat. That prompted me to specially order a gluten-free cheese cake 🧀 which turned out surprisingly good! The Executive Lounge with its full day refreshments, breakfast, afternoon tea & evening canapés make business trips a pleasure! Friendly bakery chef, Isa from Sedap restaurant comes up to the Executive Lounge every morning to offer freshly baked croissants to the guests. Touches like these with attentive service brings us back to Pullman KLCC each time.

Hands down, one of the best experiences I've encountered when it comes to organising or conducting an event. I also paid a visit to some of their rooms and it was very impressive, especially their executive suites. What I loved most about their rooms is the technology built into the control and facility ecosystem. Location is also perfect by having themselves situated in the heart of Bukit Bintang with an access bridge available just next door for easy traversing option to Pavilion Bukit Bintang. Pullman guarantees a comprehensive support 24/7 for event professionals which I commend highly for their efforts. They are committed to not only ensuring everything goes well but also exceed their clients' expectations. I have to say kudos to the event and service team, and a big thank you for the tremendously remarkable quality of hospitality. Honestly, I dislike ALL Accor's loyalty program but Pullman KL pulled off a service quality so spectacularly that I'm willing to disregard the disadvantages of their loyalty program compared to other hotel groups. Outstanding work, Pullman team! Please keep it up! I'm more than satisfied!

“Family friendly and good accommodation”

Very good accommodation and friendly helpful staff. Like many others Arif and Jimmy have been very welcoming to all guests in the dinning. Manager Fauzi has also been very helpful during the times of need at midnight also.

I am writing this updated review to give a completely fair picture of our family stay at Pullman KL City Centre. Initially, I gave this hotel a 1-star rating out of sheer frustration during our arrival, but I am now upgrading it to 3 stars to acknowledge the things that were genuinely good and the management's effort to make amends. ​Let's start with why I initially gave 1 star: The check-in was a complete disaster. Despite an advance booking, we were made to wait in the lobby and did not get our room keys until 5:30 PM. This massive delay completely ruined our first day, and we missed our strict, pre-booked appointment at the Petronas Twin Towers. ​However, to be fair to the management, they did step up. The Guest Experience Manager sent a formal apology letter and a small complimentary cake to our room as a goodwill gesture, which my family and I appreciated. ​The highlight of our stay was definitely the 3-Bedroom Suite. It was fantastic, very spacious, and equipped with all complete amenities. The view was excellent as well, with a direct and clear view of the Pavilion Mall right across the street. The location is truly unbeatable for shopping. ​The reason I am keeping it at 3 stars and not going higher is that their service coordination still has major flaws. We paid for an extra bed for 3 nights in advance. Despite calling for it, it was never provided on the first night. On the second day, I had to go to the reception and firmly ask them to either provide the bed or give a full refund. They agreed to refund 1 night and provide the bed for the remaining 2 nights. Even then, they delivered the bed so late at night when we returned from our outing that the kids had already fallen asleep on the existing beds, making it useless for that night too. ​Overall, I am giving 3 stars. The property itself, the suite, and the location are great, and I respect their service recovery. But their time management, check-in process, and housekeeping service need major improvements.
