“Friendly and helpful reception”
Today, we asked the lady from the reception desk for help for arranging us a taxi, after a long walk. She was very friendly and arranged a taxi in no-time. Thank you again. The hotel has a cute reception and is close to the famous mosque and Merdeka square.

“Short Stay at KL Old City”
We having short stay for running event in the nearby location. The building and facilities quite old and require further maintenance. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is excellent for those who want to go for city walking around the KL old city, and quite closed to the LRT stations.

“A one night stay”
I stayed in this hotel during the eve of the new year 2020. Needs lots of improvement. One of the remote controls were lack of batteries. The linen was stained. Aircond was not in good condition. The only advantage....it's near to the Dataran Merdeka and accessable to the public transportation
