I went thru a very stressful day just becoz i booked a wrong apartment suite and need to cancel and book a new Bedroom Apartment.After long tiring search lastly i came across Maple Suites and I booked 1 Bedroom Apartment.The moment I stepped in we was welcomed with a sweet smile by the Front Office Team not so sure but I think a name was Siti. That second i forget d stress and happily entered my Apartment and makes me feel like home.Love the location of the swimming pool My Gratitude to Room Service and Housekeeping team also for their great service Overall me and my hubby enjoyed our stay and we will be back

“Great and worth it”

We booked 2 bedroom apartment 2 hours prior to check in and were really surprised at the unit that we got. It was huge and fully equipped. There is a room with washing machine and drying rack. A kitchen, a study room which could fit in 2 adults to sleep in, a main toilet and a huge living and dining room with balcony. 1 of the main bedroom bed can fit in 3 adults and the room itself is huge. 2nd bedroom has a balcony and its big too. Unit was very clean and well kept although the design / aircon / furniture are all outdated, the cleanliness of the well kept unit speaks for itself. Definitely recommend this place cos its worth it and super budget friendly too. Easy to get grab cos the traffic is very light and staff are all nice and friendly. Breakfast is very minimal but you can take a 3mins stroll to nearby mamak shops nearby. Will make a come back. Definitely.

I recently stayed at Maple Suites for two nights from March 12 to 14. As a serviced apartment, it is well-suited for long stays, offering home-like conveniences. My unit featured a one-bedroom layout with a kitchen (including a stove), a good-sized refrigerator, and a washing machine. It also had a living room, dining area, office/den, and a storage room, making it spacious and functional. Check-in Experience & Staff Acknowledgment Upon check-in, Nazielah assisted me with the process and assigned me a room. However, when I arrived, it was not facing the KL Tower like my previous stay. I returned to reception and was informed that no rooms with a KL Tower view were available at my reserved rate. Since I valued the view, I inquired about paying extra for an upgrade. Nazielah was professional and accommodating—she checked with her senior and quickly found a room with a view for an additional 30 ringgit, which I gladly accepted. She was polite, apologetic, and eager to assist, making the process smooth. I would also like to acknowledge Najihah, who went out of her way to retrieve my bag from the previous room—a thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciated. Additionally, Azura, who I believe is a bellman, recognized me from my last stay and warmly greeted me. He was kind enough to escort me to my new room, which added a personal touch to my experience. Room & Amenities My new corner suite offered a fantastic KL Tower view, which was especially beautiful at night with its colorful lighting. The unit was clean and well-maintained, though some aspects—such as the air conditioning control system, furniture, and stove—felt dated, reminiscent of the 1980s. However, despite their age, they were all in working order, which was a pleasant surprise. Maple Suites offers a spacious and practical stay, ideal for long-term travelers who prefer home-like amenities. While the interior feels slightly outdated, the cleanliness, convenience, and excellent service from the staff make up for it. The KL Tower view was a highlight, and the personalized service from the staff truly enhanced my stay.

“Large Spacious Rooms. Great Location.”

Booked a 2 Bedroom Apartment from 3-6 Nov 2018. Rooms were very spacious along with a Hall, Kitchen and Study Room. Both bedrooms had their own private toilet. Staff service could be improved. They forgot to clean our room despite placing the sign on the door for room cleaning. We called them and they came to clean which was good. Location is pretty good. You could take a Grab/Taxi ride to most touristy locations quickly. Heli Pad Bar is pretty close by and you can have an awesome 360 view of KL. Smoking is also allowed. Will stay again in future.
