“Great Stay, but Customer Service Could Be Friendlier”
The room was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for a solo traveler. The complimentary shuttle service from KLIA 2 to Tune Aeropolis was also very convenient and made my stay much easier. The only downside was my experience with the receptionist when I checked out at around 5:00 AM. They weren’t… more

“Good hotel but do not expect luxury.”
For the value, I think it is good. It is very cheap. Room was clean, it has a small restroom, free shuttle service, and a very nice restaurant at the ground floor. Very tasty food and friendly service. But if you want to book a room, make sure you are just a maximum of TWO. It is very tiny.. not … more
