This is a fantastic hotel. 5* and does every star proud. Clean, well looked after. Staff are amazing. Food is fantastic. We spent 2 weeks here for my birthday. The staff cannot do enough for you. “Upgrade to the Ocean Wing, you won't be disappointed”

“Shanghai la”
Nice relaxing few days. Big beautiful hotel. Rooms a bit tired and trying to get reception staff to help was hard with language. Breakfast great. As expected they have a captive market so not a big selection of eating venues. Pool area lovely.
