“Memorable Stay in Palms Hotel, Mauritius”
It was a wonderful experience . Nice, clean and spacious room. Helpfull staff and good service.

“Spent 8 nights and was satisfied with the experience. It is close to commuter rail, if you wish to visit Port Louis.”
Overall, our stay was pleasant. The staff were very friendly & cooperative. The WiFi connection was a little sketchy at times. I like to use 2 pillows. The rooms only have 1 for each person, the the extras were provided when requested. I would recommend the Palms as a suitable urban hotel.

“Good hotel, great staff, some downsides”
On the plus side: the staff are excellent and helpful, from front desk to restaurant. Lovely view from the top floor restaurant, especially at sunset.
