I was treated very well by all the staff! A special thanks to Anwar, restaurant, Pratima, room service, Fiona, reception & To Max my taxi & expert guide for the duration of my stay, he is a legend! He has worked with the hotel for many years & can be located in the taxi rank outside the main entrance. I felt completely safe the whole of my stay & at ease as I was travelling solo. The rooms in the hotel are a bit dated , but very clean & the air-conditioning works well. The restaurant food choices are excellent. The fresh beach towels are delivered to your room every day in the evening. Thankyou Casuarina, I will book again soon.

faultless Recently returned from this amazing hotel, we cannot fault a thing. From the second we got out of the taxi we were treated like royalty. All the staff were so polite and welcoming, especially Ravi he’s a real asset to the hotel, he works so hard and always had a smile on his face and he makes the most amazing cocktails, he is what made our stay so special. Great selection of food, the salad bar and freshly cooked fish was delicious. A big thank you to Mannish who organised our Tree tops al carte meal, even though tree tops was under renovation, the meal was fantastic. Anwah the restaurant manager was so lovely and worked endlessly to make sure everything was perfect and ran smoothly, he always found time to welcome us at every meal and have a chat. Pool area was spotlessly clean and a lovely place to relax, although the music could do with being a little bit quieter at times and maybe not so boom boom! The beach was beautiful, clean and well looked after, the only thing it lacked was a little bar area to get drink. The well manicured gardens were beautiful with lots of wildlife, again the staff worked endlessly and always said hello. The Spa was very relaxing and tranquil, we had a great massage, wish I had gone there at the beginning of our holiday as would have returned two or three times, but know this for next time. Our room was amazing spotlessly clean, recently refurbished, it had everything we needed, lovely balcony with rattan furniture and a really comfy bed. My elderly parents had a lovely sea view room and we had a garden view which was lovely. Beach towels changed every night. We would go back in a heart beat, we can’t honestly fault a thing. We are already looking to return next January. For all the moaners out there!!! For what we paid I’m really not sure what you expect, it was fantastic value for money. We did have to buy a couple of drinks on our arrival before 2pm, but so what the rest of the week you don’t have to put your hands in your pocket! We checked out before 11 allow the staff time to service the room for the next guests, it was no big deal because the shower facilities were perfectly adequate for what we needed. Thank you to everyone at Casuaria Resort and Spa you made our holiday perfect ❤️ See you next year.

Feel I need to set the record straight here, as I wish to quickly post this on behalf an in defense of the hotel. We stayed there from the 23rd April - 30th 2024. We witnessed this small like mammal which is not to unfamiliar to our hedgehogs, in the UK, and its closest relative is to a Mole or Shrew! Its called a Tenrec - it is Not A Rat, so please don't be alarmed at the below post.. When I am less tired from travelling, I will also post our pleasant holiday experience, also with balanced feedback!
