“Modern Hotel right on the Malecon!”

This hotel has everything except a pool but I think it's still an excellent place to stay. Modern decor, comfortable bed, excellent service and a restaurant on the top floor that overlooks the ocean and town. I recommend the strawberry granola yogurt smoothie and french toast.

Fabulous location with views for miles in both directions! Very fun to watch the boats coming and going and all the joggers and cyclists on the Malecon. “good location”

This hotel is having a very good location, comfortable bed, excellent view especially from the restaurant. The room was clean and not too much interaction with the desk office, only for check-in and check-out.

We recently stayed six nights at this hotel and overall found it comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. Our room was spotless and stayed cool throughout our visit, with a lovely partial view of the Malecón that made mornings and evenings especially enjoyable. If there was anything missing in the room itself, it would be the addition of a small fridge and a microwave—after several nights of eating out, it would have been wonderful to store leftovers and reheat them at our leisure. One major inconvenience was the lack of an ice machine. Ice was available only through the on-site restaurant, but given our experience there, we didn’t feel comfortable asking. Lastly, the Wi-Fi is not very consistent; we had better luck using our international hotspot to connect to our streaming services. That leads me to the biggest disappointment: the restaurant. During four separate visits (three breakfasts and one sunset wine stop), the service consistently fell short. Staff were not overtly rude, but the atmosphere was decidedly unwelcoming. On more than one occasion, patrons who arrived after us were served and attended to long before we were. At first, we thought perhaps it was our limited Spanish, but after visiting numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops around La Paz where we were warmly treated, it became clear that this was not the case. The lack of hospitality at the hotel restaurant stood out starkly against the genuine warmth we experienced elsewhere. This hotel has a lot going for it—clean rooms, great air conditioning, and a charming location—but it would benefit greatly from improving the dining service and adding a few in-room amenities to better support guests staying multiple nights.
