“Most pleasant”
The staff is wonderful, welcoming. Service with a smile. My car battery died during my stay. It wasn't a problem. The security guard found someone to provide a boost within 5 minutes. Quiet around the pool while I was there. Will certainly return.

“Great location and friendly staff.”
Breakfast could have been better if they had more options and more seating. Room was nice and clean and had ac. Felt very safe and comfortable in our room. Did not try the pool but looked amazing. Would stay again.

“No lo recomiendo”
I do not recommend this hotel not clean remotes for tv dont work room smells a lot from cigarette smoke also saw small roaches and got bitten from fleas. I did not use pool area so I do not know how that area might be.

“My stay”
The room was not bad for the price. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only problem is that we didn’t really have any warm water in our shower. But overall a decent stay. I would book this hotel again

“Average”
Average I won’t stay there in the future I’ll rather stay at the Real Inn or at the Araiza. Its really disappointing that in the website it offers you private balcony and you pay extra and when you walking in the room it’s basic 🤨 its ok lesson learned.
