Very confortable clean exactly what i was looking for my kids enjoy the pool everything is always clean the housekeeping lady is very friendly she does an awesome job i give her a 10/10 awesome thank you for everything this hotel has a great customer service

“Comfy stay and very accommodating ”
Stayed for 2 weeks for business and the stay was pleasant. Super helpful front desk reception with Carlos and Jacqueline always pleasant to talk to and recognize us when we need help. Overall, comfortable stay with wide rooms and good breakfast selection in the morning.

“Good experience ”
I had a really good experience at the Krystal Urban hotel. One receptionist by the name of Carlos was really polite and super helpful. Definitely would recommend. It was my second time staying at this hotel.
