“A must stay”
Clean comfy room, incredibly helpful manager named Mario who completely organised our tours of the canyon as well as our trip on the chepe express which we had not been able to do. They offer very good tour services at reasonable prices and overall can’t recommend enough.

“Just barely ok but overpriced”
Except for the relatively good restaurant not much to recommend: First room had no WIFI and no warm water. Second night in other room table lamp did not work but WIFI ok. Included Breakfast was just barely ok, coffee terrible. Hotel staff relatively unmotivated. Price much too high for what is offe… more

“Room nice but service average”
The check in person seemed puzzled by our arrival even though we had proof of booking. She also tried to charge us, luckily we had proof of payment. We were told to be at reception by 7am for lift to station. We had to search for driver.room was clean and tidy.
