“Customer service”
The whole team are fantastic. They are always cheerful and, above all, extremely efficient. The rooms are extremely well maintained. The breakfasts are a great start to the day. The restaurant food is among the best in Monclova; and the location is excellent. Well done everyone!

I stayed one night at this hotel, I thought that its location is quite good, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the service is ok. “Party at the pool!!”
I have stayed at this hotel before, it's very clean and breakfast it2 good! The only thing I dont like is that they go in your room when your not there and turn off the A/C. And lately it gets so pack that you have to wait to eat breakfast and they set up tables around pool to eat but the sun too m… more
