“Excellent customer service!”
We usually stay at Hampton Eagle Pass. But this time since we couldn't find a room there we decided give a try in Piedras Negras and I'm very pleased employees were so nice and helpful. Definitely l'll recommended it.

“Great location and awesome customer service.”
Really good central location and quiet. Food and customer service is awesome. I would recommend this hotel 100%. Very clean and rooms and helpful if you need anything. Very close to restaurants within walking distance. Movie theater right in front of the building.

“Very nice clean and safe feeling hotel”
We came for dental work and this hotel had best reviews. Very clean had relatively secure parking. The are felt safe. Very good breakfast. Beds not so soft is my only complaint. Will ask for extra pillows next time.

Good ambiance hotel but small things need to be taken care like whenever you use the shower the water comes out and it is very slippery so anyone can skid on the floor. For breakfast, maximum food item is not having a name tag...
