“Secured parking”
Met our needs. Clean. Comfortable bed. The underground parking garage was our deciding factor as we were traveling with a loaded vehicle we did not want to unload overnight. Staff was nice. Would stay again.

“Very good hotel”
Very good service, clean rooms, near to the mains streets and down town. The price is ok, good breackfast service, you have access to the hotel parking. The rooms with two beads is enough for 4 persons.

“Great location, horrendous WIFI.”
Great location. Weird noises throughout the stay, as if from ducts or electrical. Horrendous wifi. If you need wifi, find somewhere else. Convenient parking beneath the hotel with an elevator leading directly to rooms. The room is fine and the value for a stay is very good.

“No hot water in my room”
I stayed at Nuvo Saltillo on Dec 23rd. The room is OK, hotel location is good however during the morning there was no hot water available.
