“Experience”
Great experience food was great and Adriana and all the other waiters are very welcoming. During the breakfast Fernando plays his piano and make it an even better time.

“Week end friend trip CDMX”
Food was amazing and the musician Fernando was out of this world, beautiful the way he plays the teclado and he started cheering up everyone during breakfast I loved Chris ( waiter ), Wendy & Diego ( chefs ) their service provided was so professional

“Such a lovely vibe”
so wonderful! the food at the breakfast was delicious but the best part of it all was fernando’s music. it was such a vibe and everyone starting singing along as he passed lyrics around. me and my sister teared up at how lovely and happy the atmosphere was

“Love staying at Krystal when visiting family!”
Always stay here when visiting family in Mexico City, very safe area and very close to a lot of attractions. Love going down for the hotel breakfast buffet! The waiters and hostesses are super friendly and attentive! Love when Fernando is performing! He’s the best!

“Excellent stay”
Excellent hotel, very nice staff, great breakfast buffet, loved the decorations for Dia de muertos, Mr Fernando played amazing music through the week and weekend at the restaurant . Would stay again at hotel.
