“Excellent place”
A highly recommended hotel to stay and spend a formidable stay, come with family, couple or friends is a guarantee of excellent attention by the staff that works. The pool facilities are very comfortable and safe.

“Very good experience at Radisson Hotel Del Rey Toluca.”
The rooms are quite confortable, totally renovated, the swimming pool covered and the water warm. The staff was quite servicial.The hotel is placed nearby a mall where there are several stores and the parking is easy.

Ask in advance if the breakfast is included, some rooms are advertised as "breakfast" but it's not really included. It's available on Expedia too, sometimes the prices vary enough to be worthed to check.

“Nice property but better service needed”
The property itself is nice and the rooms are comfortable. Most of the staff is very friendly and approachable. My real issue with this place is that they have a gym/pool area. It is locked for liability reasons because they had youth groups. My issue is that I had to call the front desk to open… more
