I did not know there were two sections of the hotel. The first time I stayed, I was on the 8th floor in the "main" section. The second time, in there "other" section. I was unaware the "other" section existed, so I went up the same main elevators as I had taken the first stay, and went wandering around looking for my room number. After making a full sweep and not seeing my room, I inquired to a housekeeping lady working on the floor as to where my room might be. This was on the 20th of May, around 19:30, and this lady should be up for employee of the month - I wish I knew her name - as she and I played charades for a little bit and then, when obvious that I didi not understand (she spoke Spanish, and I spoke English), she took me down the elevator, around the corned of the lobby on the main floor, through an empty restaurant, up a ramp and showed me another set of elevators and indicated for me to take those up and I would find my room. Always with a smile, she was very gracious, and I am still thankful for here. It is for her that I give Service 5-stars here. As for the front desk agent who checked me in and gave me my room key (he seemed to be training a young lady), I ask: how were you expecting me to find that elevator or my room?? I assume my file showed I was just there 3 weeks ago, on the 8th floor, but in the "main" section. You should have ensured I understood that my room on this second stay was in an entirely different section of the hotel that I would have no way of knowing exists. Nor would I have been able to know there was a different set of elevators to take to my room, nor would I have any idea of how to find those elevators - especially when you are training someone new, this information must be made clear to your guests. The burger in the lobby restaurant was delicious, as was the cheese and charcuterie plate I had.

A good stay in Terminal 1 International arrivals. The hotel is good, but highly occupied. It is very difficult to find within Terminal 1, there is no signage for arriving passengers. A good stay in Terminal 1 International arrivals. The hotel is good, but highly occupied. It is very difficult to find within Terminal 1, there is no signage for arriving passengers. The only solution would be to hire one of the baggage cart guys to transport you and your luggage to the hotel. This is important. Little issues the room numbering system is not easy to understand , we were in room 1108, I thought 11th floor, there are only 8 floors, so it of course was on the first floor Obote the lobby. Crazy and unhelpful to arriving guest. Also the shower hot water water took very long time to arrive at the shower head, which itself was barely connected. BUT these negatives are outweighed by tha location of the hotel in MEX T1. Everyone tries very hard to do a good job. There were about 20 people trying to check in when we departed at 10:30 in the morning,

“Good location terrible room”

We booked a Club room and were given a corner room on the 5th floor. Tiles were lifting on the floor and sheets did not fit the bed. When I called for assistance, no one answered. The service staff and food in the Club lounge were good. Location is great at the airport.
