Got this hotel for 3 nights for a very reasonable price in points. It was about 30 minutes from the airport. When I arrived at the entrance, a bellhop asked if I needed help with my luggage. When I checked in, the friendly and helpful agent welcomed me, acknowledged my elite status, and gave me a nice room on the night floor. The bellhop helped me with my luggage to my room near the fitness center and elevators. The room almost looked like a suite with a door separating the bedroom from the bathroom area. The bedroom area was quite spacious with a comfortable king bed, a small working area, and nice sized TV. The bed felt very comfortable and I slept quite well most of the night. The TV had lots of channels, but most of them were in Spanish. However, it was nice to watch the soccer games. There was a coffee maker as well, but I didn't utilize it. I don't recall seeing a fridge or microwave, but there was a safe in the closet. The room had a window with nice views of the downtown area. The bathroom was clean and had the nice smelling 39 N amenities. The shower had good water pressure and there were plenty of towels. It was indeed a clean and comfortable room as expected from a Marriott chain. The lobby at the bottom floor was the typical courtyard cookie cutter hotel. There was a bar with bistro style food and drinks. I was welcomed with a free drink for being elites, and the offered spirit was good. I also had grilled chicken over there and it was delicious. The floor above had meetings rooms and their main restaurant. I ate there for breakfast everyday (included as an amenity for elites), which was a nice buffet. I took advantage of their omelette station, coffee, and juices. All were just delicious, refreshing, and perky. There were other pastries and hot foods, as well as Mexican items. During the night, it gets less crowded and more boring. However, I did eat there one day and had enchiladas. For the price paid, it was fine. The fitness center upstairs had your main equipment, and there is no pool at this hotel. The service was very friendly and helpful downstairs. The agents helped with the restaurant suggestions, and the bellhops helped with luggage and other things. Cristian took care of me very well when I checked out. The restaurant staff were a bit indifferent, but still friendly and helpful when needed. The maids are very good and cleaned the room every day. For a Courtyard chain, this looked to be more full service with the bellhop staff. For the points paid, the room was comfortable, staff were friendly, and the food was great. Even though the area was boring, the lively areas were a short drive area. This is indeed another Marriott hotel in Mexico City that I would consider staying again, especially if the points or prices are a bargain.
