“No heat in the room. It gets cold at night.”
Location is very good. The door keys had to be reactivated every two days. Hotel front desk workers are not very helpful about the surroundings. They do not speak english well. that might be the problem

“Decent option close to La Reforma”
We enjoyed our stay here at this location. The rates are decent, cleanliness & safety are good. “Good Location, Great Staff, Property needs work”
This is my third time visiting Mexico City. I love Reforma because of all the great restaurants, gyms, and shops. The hotel is in a great location. Plenty to do within walking distance.
