“Great hotel centrally located”
Centrally located hotel, next to Condesa neighborhood, the staff are super friendly and willing to help, My room located at the 7th floor was large with a comfortable king size bed, ok size bathroom, really nice view, and not noisy at all. I recommend this hotel

“Not impressed”
The area is not top. Arriving late at night, hookers all around. In the hotel, you have to pay for everything. Breakfast not included, buffet, 350 mxp and you have to include service. Its a buffet?? “Basic stay, run-down property”
Overpriced property. After three tries, I got a room that wasnt near the street or flooded (seriously), only to have an AC unit that sounded like a cement mixer when it kicked on. Refilled soap and shampoo bottles were gross.
