“Staff Truly Shines”
This hotel is fantastic. As someone who isn't fluent in Spanish, the staff - specifically Daniela - was incredibly helpful & made it a great experience. The room was clean, neatly organized & had a great terrace. You won't find better value in downtown.

“Great location”
Nice hotel, rooms are a little small but comfortable. Great location shopping, restaurants are very close.Daniela at the front desk was very helpful to me and my husband. Overall everything was good. Definitely l will stay again. Gay friendly hotel.

“Enjoyed my visit!”
Customer service is great. Staff is very nice. Daniela is very courteous & was very attentive to my needs. There are other staff who covered the night shift & the breakfast buffet area that is very helpful also. Room is just right, meets my needs.
