“Staff was polite.”
Our experience was fantastic. From check-in to check-out, a week later. We were on one of the top floors. The view of the city is beautiful. Traffic noise was minimal. “Fantastic Service!”
We used the concierge frequently during our visit. Everyone including Heriberto was incredibly helpful. They helped us with booking tours, getting taxis and recommending restaurants. Hotel was very clean and everyone was great! I would highly recommend this hotel.

“Business trip”
Great business hotel, very well located and within easy reach of restaurants, public transport and the convention center. The breakfast and bistro are very good and the staff, especially Sérgio, Edmundo and Brian, are extremely attentive.
