Concierge- Oscar was very good advising us what to do and helped us purchase tickets online as the language was in Spanish. Efren on the 18th floor gave us great service in the concierge lounge.

I stayed at the Sheraton for a business trip and it has been nothing but perfect. The rooms are great, great staff and the 18th floor is a hidden gem.
