“Great ace and staff”
An amazing place where the staff makes you feel at home! The hotel is very clean and the staff is just all out wonderful! They were very accommodating and helpful with food or places to visit. Due to the staff...Hampton has earned a regular costumer in Celaya!

“Hampton Inn has service like no other”
I love staying at Hilton properties because I am a diamond member. This Hampton Inn was nothing short of amazing. The hotel was clean, I felt safe, and the staff was attentive and friendly. Carlos Velazquez really took care of our group. It would not have been the same experience without him.

“Lacks requirements for business”
This is a conveniently located, excellent quality hotel, BUT, the business center/ printer seldom work. The printer Never works. The breakfasts are good, The location is ecellent and the shuttle service they offer for moving around the city is a nice gesture.

“Staff was awesome! Room was awesome!”
I’d definitely stay here again. The suite was large and comfortable. The staff recommended a restaurant downtown and had the shuttle transport us there. The owner treated us like royalty. The food and wine was great and we had a rooftop view of the city.

“Great Facilities but Terrible Air Conditioning”
I was in Celaya for a couple of weeks and tried every major hotel chain in town. The Hampton Inn may have the nicest facilities of them all but the stinginess with the air conditioning is so extreme it completed took away from my experience.
