“medium satisfaction”
The hotel rooms are spaceful with big beds but the service is not great: -cleaning not always good -hotel staff unprepared (ex: laundrys.. you pay 20 mxn for coins but they did not informed me that I have to buy my own detergent; the invoice did not contained the bill info !!??!!...what could be th… more
