“Pacifica Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo stay Feb/Mar 2026”
We had the opportunity to stay at Pacifica Ixtapa and Pacifica Grand in Zihuatanejo. In our opinion, they both are fun . Yet, the Ixtapa property is more focused to family with children. The staff at Pacifica are very friendly. The food at Tulipan was very good, it is a buffet restaurant and it had lots of variety that included different daily specials. “Paradise”
Disappointed again in room assignment. We have requested for the past 4 years to be on an upper level unit, still waiting. Check out needs to be simplified and expedited. The staff is great! Resort is beautiful! Weather couldn’t have been better.
