“Great place to rest”
Excellent relation between cost-service. The facilities are accessible and comfortable, they also have a pool and jacuzzi. Caution! The pool is at room temperature, and the jacuzzi is pleasant. I recommend the restaurant low cost and good taste

“Don’t let the name fool you”
I’ve been to other best westerns in USA and the one in Pachuca is by far the best. It’s more upscale than the others. Rooms were very clean and AC gets quite cool, even with the excessive heat outside. The staff is very nice and helpful. I cannot express how pleased I was with the way they treated … more

“Great place to stay in Pachuca”
Very nice place. Very clean. Easy and fast check in check out. Underground and outside parking for free. No free breakfast but restaurant is very reasonably priced and good. As a Best Western member received a free robe and slippers. Nice clean and spacious rooms

“This hotel will not disappoint ”
I have stayed in this hotel 3 times now due to business. I really cannot recommend it enough. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Not once have I ever felt unhappy or disappointed.
