“Beautiful hotel”

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful with recommendations.

We spent 3 great days at this wonderful, traditional Inn. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had the top room in the section across the street from reception and it came with a fridge, very comfortable bed and private patio. The pool area was perfect for the hot afternoons and the breakfasts were excellent. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the Centro and a 5 minute walk in the other direction to a late Taco stand and Oxxo. Highly recommended

“THE Hidden Gem InTlaquepaque”

I’ll admit that Villa Del Ensueno was not our first choice of places to stay in Tlaquepaque. But it is the ONLY place we will stay when we return. We LOVED this hotel. I’ll admit that Villa Del Ensueno was not our first choice of places to stay in Tlaquepaque. But it is the ONLY place we will stay when we return. We LOVED this hotel. The boutique hotel is gorgeous, tucked away from the noise and bustle of GDL and only a few short steps to the hub of Tlaquepaque. Sitting around the beautifully appointed pool or strolling down one of the lush, palm studded, fountain-lined walkways makes you feel like you’ve escaped to a little slice of Mexican Shangri La. We stayed in room 5- a junior suite and especially loved our enclosed patio that looked out onto the pool. The room was very large with a wonderful bathroom and spacious king-size bed. The free breakfasts were so filling we often skipped lunch. The personal attention by the staff was the crown jewel of our stay. The entire staff was attentive, very knowledgeable and bent over backward to make sure our every need was met. The Manager, Blas was amazing. Villa Del Ensueno was the perfect option for our 4 night stay.

We spent 3 nights in the beautiful little Mexican hotel which is everything it claims to be. We had room 28 - a room in the hotel section across the street from reception. It is on the top floor with a private little deck, king bed and small kitchen. Book it if you can. The breakfast was great with juice, fruit and 1 main breakfast item from their regular menu. The pool provided a wonderful break from the heat of the afternoon. All the staff were very helpful. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the main action with an Oxxo and late night taco stand 5 minutes away in the other direction. Be sure to visit the Centro Cultural El Refugio - just around the corner - for amazing ceramic displays.
