“Great location.”
I just loved to be close to the CSAE... and now I know that is the best place to stay when going to Teatro Telmex. They offered a translation service to a concert... nice!!! The continental breakfast included is great and delicious.

“Great price.”
The price was very reasonable. Free breakfast was good. The only problem was our room access keys had to be reactivated almost every day as they are needed for elevator. Good breakfast. Rooms and bathroom small but very good price.

“Very clean hotel room great service”
Booked a room with a queen size bed. Mattress was actually in US size a double or in Mexican terms a matrimonial. It was very comfortable. “Not Family Friendly If Staying For A Week”
The Hotel its self is clean, the people there are friendly. The main issue are the rooms. This hotel is better suited for individuals that only need a place to sleep, single, or couples with no kids. “Smoking odor”
The property and personnel are good but our room had a strong smoking odor. We stayed there for the location which was near our planned activities. A good place for a short stay which involves just coming back to sleep.
