“Great First time in Mexico City!”
This was our first time in Mexico City. Room was great. We had an amazing view. Very clean area. Staff member were very sweet and always restocked water when needed. Convenient ATM inside lobby. “Two weeks in Barcelo Reforma”
Have stayed at Barcelo Reforma before and I love its location. Unfortunately there are few staff members that could use some customer service re-training

“Hotel was ok”
This hotel was ok and if you used a credit card to make reservation make you have that same credit card to check-in. Now I’m having issues getting my refund for the credit card I used to make my reservation.
