“Not many options...”
My friends and I went to a wedding around this area. Cuautla is not a very touristy area as it seems this is one of the best hotels you can find. “Woman at front desk has HORRIBLE attitude and no sense of customer service.”
We stayed cause I wanted WIFI (which was hard to do in this town). The bell hop (GREAT), restaurants workers (GREAT), parking secured (GREAT), parking location (horrible), rooms (GREAT), television was ok BUT remote would freeze up every time you flip through channels, NOT enough towels for family… more
