“10/10 Staff”
We stayed at Krystal Grand for a week recently and it was amazing! The rooms are definitely a bit dated but it was clean and cleaned for us very day. “Great bartenders, subpar food”
Omar and Salomon from the adults only pool bar are the best bartenders! We love them! The rest of the staff do a great job but these two are fantastic! The restaurants and front Desk leave a lot to be desired.

Solomon and Omar were great bartenders! Very attentive knew our drinks and knew when we needed more! Great atmosphere great service!
