“Great stay at the Hiton Garden Monterry”
Great hospitality staff at the front desk. Always treat me well as a lifetime diamond. Walter the bartender has given great service and attention. Always a must stay when traveling to Monterrey.

“Walter the bartender is great”
The best part of my trip was Walter the bartender who gave great advice, great service, and offered to be of assistance in any way. Made a tough business trip much better, I will be back to the hotel because of Walter!

“Great round”
I dealt with Walter at the restaurant in the hotel and despite my odd request of “warm” beer he quickly got everything and handled my food order perfect. Excellent service.
